The dataset contains the sequencing numbers and descriptions of soil fungal and bacterial samples from farmland in the Yarlung Zangbo River and Its Two Tributaries in Tibet, Southeast Tibet, west Sichuan and East Tibet hengduan Mountain, which can be used to analyze the spatial distribution characteristics of fungal and bacterial community composition and diversity in the farmland ecosystems of the these area, as well as to analyze the spatial distribution of exophytic mycorrhizal fungi, pathogenic fungi and saprophytic fungal communities in farmland. We provided the information of soil sampling points in the farmland sample belt of Yarlung Zangbo River and Its Two Tributaries in Tibet, Southeast Tibet, west Sichuan and East Tibet hengduan Mountain in 2020 in an Excel table, and each sample point measured three technical replicates of fungal and bacterial samples, numbered -1, -2, and -3, corresponding to three high-throughput sequencing machine fastq original files. Fastq file is the use of NovaSeq 6000 for both ends of sequencing (250✖250) of the sequencing machine data, before use need to carry out sequence quality control, removal of chimeras, clustering, database comparison and annotation, etc., after obtaining the out table and then follow-up statistical analysis. |
