This document contains data from the 2021-2024 grassland survey in Qinghai Area, which is mainly located in Guoluo Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Yushu Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, and Haixi Mongolian Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in Qinghai Province. The data were divided into five tables: sample site information table, vegetation survey table, aboveground biomass table, soil physical and chemical properties table and microbial diversity table. The Sample Plot Information Table records key topographic factors such as latitude, longitude, elevation, and soil type; some reference indicators are not yet fully available and have been labeled in the table. The vegetation survey table provides species information, cover, height and clump number, etc. Sample area sizes were 0.25m2, 1m2 and 4m2, as described in the data content. The soil physicochemical property table mainly includes soil total nitrogen, total phosphorus, organic carbon, ammonium nitrogen and other indicators. Subsequently, biodiversity analysis can be carried out based on the vegetation survey table, and a more comprehensive analysis of influencing factors can be carried out by combining soil physicochemical properties, microbial biodiversity and terrain elevation.
